Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced maintenance professional to work on commercial construction projects across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on commercial buildings, including carpentry, painting, and flooring work.
  • Install and replace plumbing fixtures, faucets, toilets, and basic drainage and water lines.
  • Work on electrical systems, including light fixtures, switches, and outlets, and diagnose minor electrical problems.
  • Assist with HVAC work, including refrigeration and PM service calls.
  • Follow OSHA requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to build relationships and resolve issues.
  • Document repairs and maintenance activities, including measurements, pictures, and recommendations for future work.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or commercial maintenance.
  • Basic construction hand tools and knowledge of OSHA 10hr requirements.
  • Ability to work overtime and/or on-call as needed, and travel throughout the United States.
