Job Summary

Quantum Real Estate Management LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the entire property is maintained in a safe, attractive, clean, and comfortable manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance.
  • Assist with apartment make-ready procedures, including painting, cleaning, and servicing appliances.
  • Conduct regular inspections of grounds, buildings, plumbing, electrical fixtures, appliances, and major equipment.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including evening, weekend, and holiday service.
  • Assist with other types of maintenance as necessary.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Knowledge of power, water, and gas turnoffs, clean-out traps, fire extinguishers, and fire hydrants.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
