We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused HVAC Sales and Service Representative to join our team at G-A-P Supply Corp Johnstone Portland. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting products, providing product information, and answering technical questions.
  • Process sales orders, handle customer returns, and manage warranties in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, greet regulars by name, and maintain a clean and organized showroom.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience and/or training in the HVAC/R industry preferred.
