We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused HVAC Sales and Service Representative to join our team at G-A-P Supply Corp Johnstone Portland. Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in selecting products, providing product information, and answering technical questions.
- Process sales orders, handle customer returns, and manage warranties in accordance with company guidelines.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, greet regulars by name, and maintain a clean and organized showroom.
- Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a fair and professional manner, balancing customer needs with business requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; experience and/or training in the HVAC/R industry preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other team members to achieve sales goals.
- Experience with point-of-sale computer systems and other relevant technology.
