- Quality Control: Analyze laboratory test results and take corrective action to meet quality and quantity standards.
- Environmental Compliance: Ensure mill operation is in compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, working collaboratively with maintenance personnel to diagnose and address issues.
- Team Collaboration: Support and maintain the plant safety program, ensuring assigned work areas are safe and safety requirements are observed.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of Texas Lehigh Cement Company's safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This is a full-time, hourly position that requires rotating shifts. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
