We offer a competitive hourly wage of $23.00 - 24.50 per hour, with opportunities for growth and a salary increase after completing our hands-on dumpling training program.

• Preparation: Prepare, measure, and cut dough to create the perfect dumpling skin.
• Dumpling Assembly: Stuff, close, and arrange dumplings/buns in a steamer to ensure even cooking.
• Maintenance: Maintain a clean working space and dumpling room, adhering to regulations and procedures.

In this role, you will work in a show kitchen, requiring you to uphold a tidy and professional appearance. Your journey at Din Tai Fung will begin as a Dumpling Trainee, where you will receive comprehensive training and guidance to develop your skills and confidence.

• Friendliness and Energetic Attitude: We are searching for friendly, energetic, and highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Dumpling Experience: Dumpling experience is not required, but prior experience with dough (pastry, pizza, etc.) is a plus.
• Physical Abilities: Ability to stand for long periods, lift/move boxes, bags, chairs, and tables up to 50 pounds.
