Logistics Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Gensco, Inc. in Salem, OR. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of products from our warehouse to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

This is a full-time position with a pay range of $18 - $23 per hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the movement of products from our warehouse to customers, using shipping software to track and manage inventory
  • Prepare and send shipping documents, including bills of lading and freight manifests
  • Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the warehouse

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management preferred, but not required
  • Must have strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
