Body Shop Estimator/Advisor

Lawrence Hall Chevrolet Inc is seeking a skilled Estimator to join our Body Shop team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in preparing accurate estimates and developing repair plans for vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare estimates in accordance with Insurance company guidelines.
- Develop and implement repair plans for each vehicle.
- Maintain a timely schedule before, during, and after completion of repairs.
- Communicate with customers and insurance companies regarding supplements.
- Stay up-to-date with new procedures and equipment in the industry.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous Estimator experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and software skills.
- Positive attitude and customer service mentality.
- Ability to learn new technology.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
