PRN Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity at Texas Health Physicians Group

This is an exciting new opportunity to provide comprehensive palliative care services to patients and families dealing with serious illnesses. If you have a natural ability to connect and empathize with patients and their families, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide counseling and instructions to patients in an inpatient setting
  • Work with a passionate and energetic team to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Utilize Electronic Medical Records- EPIC
  • Enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including health, life, dental, vision, CME, Malpractice, and 401k
  • Develop excellent communication skills with coworkers and patients and families
  • Meet the requirements of a Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner program, NP Certification, and Texas license
  • Bring at least 1-2 years of Palliative Care experience to the role
