Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Delivery Driver to serve as the face of Factory Motor Parts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering merchandise in a safe, prompt, and courteous manner, ensuring a positive impact on our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive safely and defensively while operating a company vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers at their site, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs.
- Achieve accurate delivery processes by setting up customer returns efficiently.
- Participate in yearly physical inventories, maintaining accurate records and inventory levels.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
- You must be at least 19 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and have no more than two moving violations in the last four years.
- The successful candidate will be physically able to lift up to 75 pounds, possess excellent spatial awareness, and be able to read maps or navigate geographic areas effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to drive safely in various road conditions, including transportation of hazardous materials, is essential.
FMP offers a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and performance.
