Mailroom Associate

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for sorting, imaging, and archiving documents by form type. You will receive documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing. Your tasks will include scanning and operating a scanning machine to rescan mail, making it legible for review. You will deliver and collect all mail and place it into the correct locations. You will also assist in driving to the postal service to pick up mail, when required.

• Sort and process documents by form type

• Excellent communication skills
• Keyboarding and software proficiency
• Great problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively multi-task
• Required to lift up to 50lbs regularly
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
