Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a trustworthy network of subcontractors.
  • Provide accurate estimates for maintenance and repair projects, from minor tasks to significant undertakings valued at up to $1.5 million.
  • Participate in technical sales efforts to attract new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with service technicians to leverage potential leads for this role.
  • Oversee the estimation and quoting process to ensure both profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize a company vehicle while adhering to corporate policies, including compliance with random drug testing protocols.
