Key Responsibilities:

  • Transition projects from planning to installation phases.
  • Lead the field team by establishing clear expectations regarding safety, quality, workflow, and productivity.
  • Oversee daily project site operations.
  • Train and develop the field team to maximize their potential.
  • Enhance the quality of workmanship.
  • Ensure timely field reports and correspondence.
  • Develop and implement safety and quality programs specific to each site.
  • Monitor and evaluate field team performance.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to address concerns and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate on site logistics planning with the Field Lead and Project Manager.
  • Conduct pre-mobilization meetings to confirm readiness for each project.
  • Represent the company in discussions related to labor and safety regulations.
  • Communicate product and installation issues to relevant parties.
  • Review contract drawings and specifications for constructability.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Prioritize multiple projects to ensure timely execution.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating the high standards that distinguish our organization.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and other relevant software.
  • Industry experience is essential.
  • Membership in the San Francisco Carpenter's union is required.
  • Familiarity with CAD, Bluebeam, and other construction management software is advantageous.
