Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Security Shift Supervisor to lead our operations in Downtown Miami. This full-time position involves supervising a team of security officers, overseeing day-to-day security operations, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of security officers, focusing on their development and empowerment to deliver excellent results.
  • Security Operations: Manage day-to-day security operations, ensuring the site is provided with high-quality security services that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when necessary.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of shift supervisor experience in security, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Active driver's license and valid Florida Security License D License.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5 years of verifiable experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to use computer or tablet, and comfort working outdoors in all elements of the weather.
