Receptionist Coordinator

Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at our vibrant children's education center. As the first point of contact for our center, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to parents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and Welcome Visitors: Provide a warm and professional welcome to parents and visitors, setting the tone for a positive experience.
- Answer Phone Calls and Respond to Emails: Respond promptly and courteously to phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Schedule Tours and Confirm Appointments: Schedule tours and confirm appointments for prospective families, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Assist Parents and Visitors: Serve as a liaison between parents and the center, addressing their questions and concerns in a helpful and courteous manner.
- Maintain a Tidy Center: Ensure the center remains tidy and welcoming, reflecting positively on our organization.
- Assist with Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Availability: Ability to work between 2-7pm Monday-Thursday and Sunday for 9a-2:30pm.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with parents and visitors.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills, including email and word processing.
- Experience in Education: Experience working in an educational or childcare environment.
- Familiarity with Scheduling Software: Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems.
- Passion for Education: Passion for education and working with children.
