Patient Transportation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Transportation Specialist to join our team at the Mental Health Association.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
About the Role:The Patient Transportation Specialist will be responsible for transporting patients to various locations, including Self-Help, Advocacy and Education programs, new member orientations, and intake appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport patients to program sites.
- Provide emergency transportation as needed.
- Maintain accurate driving records.
- Deliver mail to other MHAEM facilities.
- Complete other errands and duties assigned by the Program Director.
- Assist non-ambulatory patients on and off vans.
To be successful in this role, you must have a current Driver's License, basic computer skills, and the ability to read maps and driving routes.
