Job Title:

Clinical Staff - iBOT Personal Mobility Device

About the Role:

Mobius Mobility is seeking a skilled Clinical Staff member to join its team. As a Clinical Staff, you will be responsible for the safe and effective training and delivery of the iBOT PMD to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support users' clinicians in seating and mobility assessments for prospective iBOT users by conducting thorough evaluations and developing tailored plans.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of Complex Rehab Technology patients' needs and their home environment to ensure seamless integration of the iBOT.
  • Demonstrate use of rehab equipment and educate patients and caregivers on proper operation to enhance their independence.
  • Review seating specifications and orders provided by users' clinicians to guarantee accurate fitting and configuration.
  • Lead the delivery of the iBOT, conduct user training, and review results to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing client support for assessment of clinical progress and revisions to plan of service to address evolving needs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation Technology, or a related field.
  • Valid ATP Certification via RESNA to demonstrate expertise in Assistive Technology Professions.
  • Minimum 1-3 years' experience as an ATP in a rehabilitation facility, clinic, DME dealer, or applicable environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong work ethic to drive success in a dynamic environment.
  • Current working knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce CRM preferred to streamline communication and data management.
Location:

Southeast region of the US, spanning from Washington D.C. to Florida.

Estimated Salary:

$68,000 - $88,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
