Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of California.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of nursing professionals.
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric care principles and practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
