We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at H2 Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with the pediatric population and evaluate and treat patients with developmental disabilities, autism, sensory processing disorder, and orthopedic conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with a range of conditions, including developmental disabilities, autism, sensory processing disorder, and orthopedic conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Prior experience in outpatient Physical Therapy is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Eligible or active state license to practice Physical Therapy.
