Job Title: Physical Therapist - Allied Health

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Roanoke, VA. As a Physical Therapist with Fusion, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and make a positive impact on their lives.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients, including evaluations, treatments, and progress assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia.
  • One to three years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
