We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As a Nurse Leader in our High Intensity Care Unit (HICU), you will be responsible for providing safe and compassionate patient care while utilizing strong organizational and leadership skills.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will function as an advisor, resource, and leader for other members of the patient care team. With a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes, you will consistently meet the requirements and expectations for RN II on the clinical ladder.

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and age-appropriate patient care
  • Assess patient status and implement clinical nursing interventions
  • Develop and implement patient care plans to enhance outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the area of clinical expertise
  • A Maryland Registered Nurse License
  • American Heart Association BLS CPR certification

Estimated salary range: $35.00-$54.82 per hour based on experience.
