CDS Visual is a leading provider of cloud solutions for industrial product data management and 3D visualization. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in 3D visualization engineering to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering Teams to design and develop new functionality for our SaaS web and server-side applications.
  • Work within an Agile team to design, test, and implement technical solutions across a full-stack of development and tools and technologies.
  • Lead the development of 3D visualization tooling and architecture, leveraging expertise in WebGL and React.
  • Integrate API functionality into our core platform dashboard using new or existing components (JavaScript/React).
  • Advocate for consistent, quality, and decoupled code by writing unit tests and performing code reviews.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of 3D web development experience, including expertise in textures, lighting, animations/key frames, and hierarchical data structures.
  • Strong understanding of the GLTF/GLB formats and pipelines.
  • Familiarity with 3D concepts, tools, and software such as Blender and Unity.
  • Expertise in TypeScript and the React framework.
  • Understanding of popular CAD systems such as Solidworks, PTC Creo, and AutoDesk Inventor.
  • Understanding of CAD data transmission formats such as STP and IGES files.
