The Banquet Server is the conductor of the symphony in the banquet room, leading and maintaining communication between the service team and being the primary presence at the table. This role requires the ability to delegate and prioritize quickly and constantly, taking control and ownership of every guest's experience.

Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Professionalism, politeness, and efficiency as a server
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Good mobility and ability to stand for extended periods
  • Attentiveness to visual and audible cues
  • Ability to work under pressure

Physical Demands: The position requires frequent sitting, kneeling, standing, stooping, bending, stretching, communicating, reaching, and manipulating objects. May be required to work in the heat and sun for periods of time.
