Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team at a manufacturing company in Laguna Hills, CA. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into and out of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Print and verify traveler documents, including PO price and dock date verification
  • Enter stock part numbers into JobBoss for inventory purposes
  • Scan closed jobs into SharePoint folders on the server
  • Update templates of part numbers in JobBoss as needed
  • Scan and email white cards to the sales/estimating department, storing job cards in SharePoint
  • Create labels as needed for the Post-Production department
  • Use the computer to input stock items, deduct, or issue stock parts to production as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a machine shop/manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
