Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at NANA Regional Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance and repair team, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment and vehicles to transport materials and equipment safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment and vehicles, including straight trucks, dump trucks, water distribution trucks, fuel trucks, and vacuum trucks, to transport materials and equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Load and unload materials and equipment from vehicles, using manual and mechanical equipment as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of transportation and delivery activities.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a Class B endorsement.
  • Minimum two years of experience operating heavy equipment and vehicles in a similar environment.
  • Good physical conditioning and ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions

This position requires frequent heavy lifting and exposure to inclement weather. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations is essential.
