Job Description

As a Technology Partner at CCS, you will play a critical role in driving business impact through deep knowledge of our technology and building relationships with business and IT leaders. You will report directly to the Vice President, Technology Partnership & Solutions, and be responsible for engaging with internal and external stakeholders to define business use cases for technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with ELT and SLT leadership teams to lead the process of defining business use cases for technical solutions.
  • Identify and generate supporting business knowledge for defining and delivering business use cases.
  • Support Scrum teams in implementing business use cases.
  • Engage with technical vendors, technology partners, and talent vendors to create productive contributions.
Desired Outcomes
  • Partner with senior leaders to evolve culture and organizational behavior, elevating IT into a strategic partner.
  • Bring outside-in perspectives into the organization by meeting with end customers, industry peers, and external sources.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in value optimization, IT performance, and business processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, with 7-10 years of IT experience preferably as a technology partner or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering to solve business problems through technology.
  • Relevant and practical experience in delivering multiple IT projects.
  • Knowledge and understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and practices.
  • Knowledge of change management principles.
  • Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and work across a broad range of IT functions.
  • Expertise in developing technical options and analysis.
  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to influence, persuade, and motivate others.
  • Highly developed organizational skills, including prioritization and multitasking.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
