About the RoleThis is a full-time position that offers a great opportunity to be part of one of the nation's leading cardiology programs. As a member of our team, you will work alongside physicians and other advanced practice providers to provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient setting, including the emergency room and intensive care unit.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat cardiology patients, including taking patient histories, conducting physical examinations, and recording data in patient records.
- Write progress notes, consults, admissions, and discharge summaries.
- Order and schedule diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for patients.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and other team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
We are seeking a highly autonomous and experienced professional with a Master's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited PA program and National Board Certification. Previous cardiology experience is highly preferred.
