Customer Service Liaison

At Leidos, we're seeking a talented Rental Housing Customer Service Representative to join our team at the FHA Resource Center in Indianapolis, IN. With a flexible schedule and opportunities for telework, you'll have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of renters, tenants, and property managers.
We offer a competitive salary of $18-$20 per hour, plus benefits on day one, including medical and dental insurance, 401K, Life, AD&D, and Voluntary Disability plans. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Fielding phone calls on multifamily rental assistance requests, including tenant complaints, in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Providing information and resources to customers to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Documenting customer phone communications in an internal database.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- The ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications.
- Excellent time management skills and dependability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
Our ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED certificate, minimum 2 years of property management experience, and 1 year of contact center experience or telephone customer service experience. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
