">About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative at Diverse Staffing, you will be responsible for responding promptly to customer inquiries through various channels, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, processing orders, forms, applications, and requests, and knowing products and services inside and out.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services

Estimated Salary: $17.00 per hour based on location in Indianapolis, IN
