Your Role Includes:
  • Collaborating closely with Agile teams to facilitate their progress and eliminate obstacles.
  • Providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
  • Coordinating multiple teams employing various Agile methodologies to ensure high-quality software delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Contributing to the development of solutions for a range of moderate complexity challenges.
  • Encouraging team accountability and commitment to collective goals.
  • Championing the team's processes to foster empowerment, collaboration, and ownership of decisions.
Qualifications
  • Possession of an active TS clearance.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in gathering and documenting both technical and business requirements.
  • At least five (5) years of experience serving as a Scrum Master for a development team.
  • Proficiency in utilizing the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Bamboo, Bitbucket).
  • Experience in leading client delivery initiatives and engaging with senior client management.
  • Ability to manage expectations of multiple Product Owners effectively.
  • Experience in educating technical teams on Agile principles, including Epic and User Story creation, Scrum, Kanban, and TDD.
  • Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM-I, or SSM) is required.

Compensation Range

The typical salary range for this position is between $104,000 and $166,000, reflecting the experience and qualifications of the candidate.
