Accounting Manager Consultant

Key Qualifications:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
  • Proven management experience with the ability to lead and mentor accounting teams.
  • A strong background in both public and private accounting sectors.
  • Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in ERP, SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for efficient and concise reporting.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
  • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
  • Develop business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
