Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with individuals, families, and service providers.
  • Knowledge of interviewing techniques and ability to obtain personal information.
  • Knowledge of resources that serve individuals who are older or have a disability.
Working Conditions:
