Director of Impact Development Job Description

Hillcrest Children and Family Center is seeking a highly skilled Director of Impact Development to join our team.

Job Summary

The Director of Impact Development will be responsible for effectively communicating the impact of Hillcrest services on clients and the community at large. This role will involve utilizing various media platforms, including social media, written and broadcast communications, to promote our impact.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cultivate partnerships and community outreach opportunities to promote agency impact.
  2. Provide leadership and implement strategies to promote agency impact and collect data related to client outcomes, customer satisfaction, staff, client, and partner testimonies.
  3. Promote the positive agency brand online and through various media.
  4. Seek grants, fund development, and donor cultivation.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as public health, social work, economics, or environmental studies.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a nonprofit or social impact organization.
  3. Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective programs that achieve measurable outcomes.
  4. Strong understanding of data-driven evaluation and analysis.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  6. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  7. Passion for social or environmental change and a commitment to making a positive impact.
