LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst in St. Louis, MO.
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced financial professional to join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst. This role will be responsible for providing financial insights and assistance to various departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulations by accurately preparing and reviewing financial statements.
- Aid in annual auditing procedures and provide support during the reconciliation of sales tax and preparation of monthly sales tax returns.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, consolidate and post journal entries, and contribute to accounts payable and receivable tasks.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by analyzing financial data and providing recommendations.
- Prepare and maintain supporting schedules for financial statements.
Requirements:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with 2+ years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and an in-depth understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Highly detail-oriented and strong organizational capabilities, with effective communication skills.

- $65,000 - $85,000 per year salary range, commensurate with experience.
