Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete accounting cycle, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and general ledger activities.
  • Compile and deliver financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations to ensure precise reporting.
  • Manage fixed assets by documenting acquisitions and disposals, calculating depreciation, and conducting inventory assessments.
  • Formulate and uphold the annual budget, which includes forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Guide the year-end closing process and coordinate with auditors.
  • Offer strategic financial advice to clients and assist in resolving financial challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is mandatory. CPA or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting capacity with a focus on budgeting, reconciliation, fixed assets, and more.
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP and accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and experience with system implementations.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for interpreting financial data.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial analysis and forecasting.
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information.
