About The Society For Cardiovascular Angiography And Interventions

We are a leading organization in the field of cardiovascular health, dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. As a Cardiovascular Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our clinicians to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consulting with patients to understand their symptoms and health concerns, and providing personalized treatment plans.
  • Prescribing tests, treatments, and/or surgery when necessary, and maintaining detailed records of patient interactions.
  • Performing tests to check the health of patients' hearts and/or cardiovascular systems, and interpreting results to determine the effectiveness of treatment.
  • Using medical imaging equipment to diagnose and treat heart and/or cardiovascular conditions, and assisting with complex surgical interventions.
  • Providing support and advice to patients receiving long-term care, and training junior staff members as needed.

Requirements:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • Completion of a Cardiology Fellowship program and board certification or eligibility in the specialty.
  • Medical licensure in the state of New Mexico or ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment.
