Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to identify vehicle/equipment issues.
  • Implement regular maintenance schedules to maintain equipment efficiency.
  • Repair or replace vehicle components and systems to restore optimal performance.
  • Test drive vehicles to verify performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate records of services and repairs.
  • Manage shop equipment, including routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Evaluate service/part options to control costs effectively.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and parts.
  • Provide excellent customer service through clear communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to complete related tasks.
  • Be prepared to perform field inspections and repairs in various weather conditions.
Requirements:
  • GED or equivalent education.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Proven experience in heavy duty vehicle repair.
  • Own tools required.
  • Must pass background check.
