About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Inpatient team at Baylor Scott & White Health. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to patients with complex medical needs.

Job Summary

This role requires at least one year of inpatient hospital RN experience and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • At least one year of inpatient hospital RN experience
  • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
  • Licenses/Certifications: RN – Registered Nurse, BLS – Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire)
