About the Role: Helping Hand seeks a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead our team in providing high-quality care and education services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavior analytic meetings and supervisions to ensure effective support for clients and staff.
  • Create, update, and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual needs.
  • Analyze behavioral data, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Human Rights Committee and Behavior Management Committee to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide training and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in IEP and IDT meetings to ensure seamless communication between stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Graduate degree from an accredited university with coursework in behavior analysis
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children and adults as a behavior analyst or registered behavior technician
  • Proven expertise in autism spectrum disorders and other diagnoses

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $73,000-$78,000, based on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include quarterly bonus potential, paid holidays, vacation, and personal days after 1 year of service. Tuition reimbursement, traditional medical, dental, vision insurance, and supplemental/voluntary benefit options are also offered.

Work Environment:

As a member of our team, you will be expected to maintain confidentiality, adhere to company values, and contribute to a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and ongoing personal motor vehicle insurance are required. The ability to sit, stand, and move around the workplace for extended periods, lift and assist students/clients with physical needs, and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders is essential.
