As a Behavioral Interventionist, you will be responsible for implementing behavior change plans, supporting daily living activities, and providing a safe and nurturing environment for our clients.

About the Role

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to work independently. You will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to create personalized behavior change plans and document client progress.

Requirements
  • Passion for working with children with special needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or a minimum of one year experience working with children in related capacities
