Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at IntelyCare. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute care facilities, working closely with our team of nursing professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to residents, including vital sign checks, regular reports, and adherence to care plans.
  • Observe residents' conditions, alerting supervising staff to any concerns or emergencies.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for residents, including changing linens and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff.
  • Transport residents safely and comfortably to and from exam tables, beds, and wheelchairs.
Requirements
  • Current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Effective organizational skills and communication skills.
  • Appropriate bedside manner.
