About the Role

As a Hardware Technician at Computer Task Group, Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our workstation setup and maintenance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Workstation Support Services business units to receive, configure, schedule, and install hardware and software orders.
  • Work independently to provide on-site installation, customer service, and technical installation and/or repairs support.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary to complete installations or repair requests.

Expected Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required, as well as the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
