Job Overview

The Building People is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager/Deputy Site Manager to oversee facility operations and maintenance at a prominent research center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead maintenance management teams with a minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial equipment or research facilities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies, including training in electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and building automation systems.
  • Manage CMMS systems, create KPIs, and utilize Microsoft Office for data analysis and charting.
  • Apply lean tools such as statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and failure mode & effect analysis to optimize maintenance processes.
Requirements
  • 8 years of experience in maintenance management, maintenance and reliability management.
  • Training in electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and building automation systems.
  • Knowledge of CMMS, CMMS KPI creation, Microsoft Office, and lean tools.
  • Certified Professional Maintenance Manager or equivalent certification from SMRP.
