Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager: Provide support in the day-to-day operations of the convenience store, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and acknowledging customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish products and supplies, maintain accurate inventory levels, and ensure a well-stocked store at all times.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately and efficiently complete sales transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain proper accountability at the cash register.
  • Store Maintenance: Perform regular cleaning activities, including cleaning floors, glass doors, counter surfaces, and restrooms, and ensure the store is always adequately staffed.
  • Employee Development: Assist in training, developing, and motivating store employees to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Complete all required daily documentation, including sales reports, inventory levels, and employee performance evaluations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail and customer service, preferably in a convenience store or similar environment.
