Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our OB/Gyn Doctors Office team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our physicians and physician assistants in delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report to the clinical coordinator or practice administrator and perform nursing procedures under supervision.
  • Assist physicians and physician assistants in exam rooms and escort patients to exam rooms, taking vital signs and documenting information in patient charts.
  • Provide instructions to patients as instructed by physicians or physician assistants and ensure all related reports, labs, and information are filed in patient medical records.
  • Keep exam rooms stocked with medical supplies, maintain instruments, and prepare sterilization as required.
  • Triage and process messages from patients and front office staff to physicians and physician assistants.
  • Maintain logs and required checks, including refrigerator temperatures, emergency medications, and oxygen levels.
Requirements:
  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Maryland.
  • OB/Gyn experience.
  • Experience with EPIC EMR.
