About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Experience Specialist to join our team at VASA Fitness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our members and guests every visit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience to our members and guests, ensuring a positive first impression of VASA Fitness.
  • Develop personal connections with members, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored support and guidance.
  • Ensure seamless check-in processes, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize equipment and maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to our high standards.
  • Collaborate with the MES team to drive membership sales, upgrades, and personal training consultations.
  • Continuously seek feedback from members and implement ideas to improve the guest and member experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in retail, restaurants, or a similar in-person-based service industry.
  • 1+ year working with and contributing to a successful team.
  • 1+ year sales experience preferred.
  • Personal interest in health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition.
  • Bilingual preferred (but not required).
  • CPR preferred (but not required).
  • Must pass a background check.
