Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bar Team Member to join our team at Fuego. As a Bar Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks and food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks and food to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
  • Clean equipment and utensils, remove trash, sweep and mop work areas, and dust and clean.
  • Operate a cash register, make change, total guest checks, count total bank, prepare cash drops, and understand weights and measurements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • One year of bartending experience, including certification by state, federal, or local training program.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Verbal and written English language skills.
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with guests and take orders.
  • Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register and perform other duties.
  • Brand certification as required.
