Key Responsibilities of the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor:

  • Oversee the daily operations of maintenance personnel and external contractors as necessary.
  • Guide, train, and support team members to ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintenance standards for equipment.
  • Formulate and adjust short, medium, and long-term preventative maintenance strategies and resources to ensure optimal functionality of the production facility and machinery.
  • Manage and implement equipment upgrades as required.
  • Recruit, train, and assess maintenance personnel; conduct annual performance evaluations.

Qualifications for the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
  • Experience with high-power electrical systems, PLC training, and CMMS is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and achieve set objectives.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience is preferred.
