We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Fellow to join our team at Providence St. Joseph Health. As a RN Fellow, you will have the opportunity to transition into a new specialty through a structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position on the NIGHT shift, with a sign-on bonus available for eligible external candidates. You will be working in our state-of-the-art CVICU unit, providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months of hire
- 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty)
