We are seeking a skilled RN Fellow to join our team at Providence St. Joseph Health. As a RN Fellow, you will have the opportunity to transition into a new specialty through a structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care through specialized training and experience.
- Collaborate with experienced preceptors to develop clinical skills and knowledge.
- Participate in a guided transition into a new specialty, with a focus on hands-on learning and professional development.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience (new to specialty).
