Client Recovery Advisor Job

Aware Recovery Care seeks a compassionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Client Recovery Advisor. As a key member of our multidisciplinary Addiction Care team, you will guide and support clients through an intensive In-Home Addiction Treatment program, providing services for up to a full year.

Salary: $20-$24/hour

Job Description:

  • Deliver ARC's 52-week In-Home Addiction Treatment (IHAT) program in the client's home environment.
  • Collaborate with the Addiction Treatment team to coordinate customized client care.
  • Manage a caseload of clients and schedule appointments.
  • Offer support through face-to-face appointments and telephonically as needed.
  • Submit timely clinical documentation in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Work across departments responsible for holistic client support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years of lived continuous recovery experience from any Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and/or personal experience with addiction in family members or loved ones preferred.
  • Certifications such as Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC), Drug and Alcohol Recovery Counselor (DARC), Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) are a plus.
  • Proof of auto insurance is required.
  • HS diploma or GED required.
